An automatic feeding system for refilling the feeding robot consists of two waiting bunkers of 5 cubic meters each, with a mounted cutting unit between them. The product to be dosed is transported to the cutting unit via an auger. To prevent food blocking, an agitator was installed. The cut product (such as beets, potatoes or carrots) is then placed on an unloading conveyor, which extends into an automatic feeding robot. This system is electro-hydraulically operated and controlled, and is equipped with a pump group. The various functions are hydraulically driven

The stationary pack divider is specially designed to place 6 packs at an angle in the machine. The straw is distributed on the unloading belt using 3 distribution rollers. The machine has a staircase with a platform and is powered by a hydraulic pump group on power current. Both the unloading belt, distribution rollers and bottom chain are hydraulically driven and adjustable in speed. Several safety features are built in, including a pressure sensor, temperature sensor, pressure relief valves, a safety cord around the machine and a detection sensor that indicates whether the shut-off valve at the platform is closed. The machine stands on height-adjustable legs and has been modified with risers at the customer’s request. This system is used in a pigsty, where the stalls are regularly supplied with a quantity of straw. Transporting the straw to the stalls is handled by another company.
A stationary pack distributor, designed for 2 packs, distributes straw using 3 distribution rollers on a conveyor belt. The machine is fully hydraulically driven and receives oil from a pump group via power current. Operation is electro-hydraulic using 4/3 valves. This machine is used in a feed mill to convert large packs to smaller ones. In this case, the straw is unloaded into a small packing press.
